In the Robert Kirkman's comic books on which the show is based, Negan decides to kill Steven Yeun's character, Glenn. In the comic, Negan plays "eenie meenie miney mo" for a while and then stops by against Glenn before brutally beating him with Lucille. However, "The Walking Dead" series sis popular for straying away from the plot given in the movie, so it cannot be said whether Glenn is the ultimate victim.

Daryl (Norman Reedus) and Glenn's pregnant wife Maggie (Lauren Cohan) are two other characters that may be on Negan's radar, the International Business Times reports. Earlier it was rumored that one of the clips shows Maggie's engagement ring in pool of blood, suggesting that she will be killed by Negan.
