Apple just scored against possible iOS 10 jailbreaks with a software update of its latest OS.

The Cupertino Company knows that even though iOS 10 is barely a month old, hackers and developers are already finding ways to jailbreak it.

Apple users are actually waiting and highly anticipating any successful iOS 10 jailbreak. And the company returned the favor by updating iOS 10.0.1 to iOS 10.0.2.

Apple has always been known for its very restricted OS security. Hence, the company does everything to avoid possible jailbreaks that will pave way for users to install applications that are not permitted by the company.

As per Apple, iOS 10.0.2 is a minor software update, which aims to fix bugs and improve stability of iPhone and iPad.

The iOS 10.0.2 software update patches the issues of headphone audio controls not functioning properly and crashing Photos when iCloud Photo Library is turned on.

More importantly, the iOS 10.0.2 software update makes the iOS 10.0.0 / iOS 10.0.1 jailbreaks totally useless.

That includes the iPhone 7 jailbreak of Luca Todesco or better known as "qwertyuiop" in Twitter.

The Italian developer announced earlier this month that it took him a difficult 24 hours to jailbreak the new iPhone 7 running in iOS 10.0.1. He also posted an obligatory photo of his iPhone 7 with Cydia, a proof that what his claiming is true.

"The iPhone 7 is a step in the right direction. Obviously it's not 100 percent secure-like nothing else is.", Luca Todesco disclosed to Motherboard.

The Pangu Team released the past public jailbreaks for iOS. Pangu, however, has not yet released any actual iOS 10 Jailbreak as of the moment.

Rest assured, an iOS 10 Jailbreak from the Pangu Team is already in the works.

However, with the release of iOS 10.0.2 software update, their works may be already impractical. One point goes to Apple's security.
