Bieber and the mystery girl were even caught on camera wrapping each other's arms tightly. There is no kissing involved, albeit, their body language showed that Bieber and the girl was really close.

However, Bieber is not the only one with a mystery woman by his side. Richie was also spotted to drive with a handsome man on Wednesday evening, Aug. 31, as reported by Daily Mail.

The daughter of famous singer in the 80's Lionel Richie was being driven away from a Japanese restaurant with a mystery man. Earlier that day, she and the man was also seen crossing the street in Hollywood and they seemed very close to each other.

Before this sighting, Bieber and Richie was spotted on vacation in Los Cabos, Mexico to celebrate her 18th birthday last week. They displayed a steamy PDA at the poolside in a luxury resort, as reported by The Sun.

There is also rumor that the couple had made a sex tape, as in the series of intimate photos, Bieber appeared to be making out with her while Richie sat on top of him.

Relationship between Bieber and Richie solicited controversies among some of Bieber's fans.
