The case between George Zimmerman, his lawyer Mark O'Mara, former wife Shellie and the bodyguard company that filed a lawsuit against him has been officially settled.

CMR Associates told the Orlando Sentinel allegations that Zimmerman and O'Mara didn't pay $27,000 for security services were put to rest on Nov. 22. Company executive Chris Rumbaugh reported on Monday that O'Mara and Shellie Zimmerman pooled together $30,000 to pay for the settlement. Zimmerman reportedly would not settle, but Rumbaugh confirmed that his company won't pursue compensation from the acquitted murderer.

30-year-old Zimmerman was convicted of murdering unarmed teenager Trayvon Martin earlier this year. Following numerous brushes with the law, Zimmerman reportedly shoved a long-barreled shotgun in the face of his current girlfriend last week, throwing him right back into a storm of media attention.

After killing Martin in Sanford, Fla. Zimmerman went underground, hiding from the angry public demanding justice for the death of the teenage boy. Zimmerman hired a group of bodyguards after signing O'Mara as his defense attorney, the Sentinel reported.

But after commissioning the bodyguards to watch Zimmerman, Rumbaugh said that the former neighborhood watch volunteer didn't pay $27,000 worth of charges for protection. The company head, who once worked as an undercover Orange County drug agent and SWAT team member, said that he filed suit in 2012. He accused Zimmerman and his lawyer O'Mara of not following through on payment for a detailed plan of security.

"I'm very professional," Rumbaugh told the Sentinel. "I did a very professional job. Nothing happened to them while they were under my watch."

Legal teams on both ends have been fighting out settlement discussions for weeks.

O'Mara recently claimed that he and Zimmerman forked over $40,000 to pay for security. The company was reportedly charging at least $7,000 a week for services.
