Arbaaz Khan took to social media on Tuesday to voice his displeasure over recent reports that he and his wife, Malaika Arora Khan, are splitting up. In a series of tweets, the "Dabangg" director slammed gossipmongers and shut down the divorce rumors.

"Stop frickin reading too much into mine and malaika's Instagram pictures and speculating about our marriage and writing s**t everyday," tweeted Arbaaz.

Tabloids wasted no time drawing conclusions after the filmmaker shared an Instagram photo of his workout equipment on Valentine's Day captioned, "Spent my Valentines with these Dumbbells it was quiet, peaceful and no arguments cannot complain."

"It's not my work or films you are talking about, it's my personal life and marriage and we owe no one any explanations so back off !!!" he wrote in a following tweet.

"Will talk about my personal life if and when I want to so mind your own business and stop speculating. It shouldn't be hard to understand," he added.

This isn't the first time Arbaaz Khan has used social media to ask gossipmongers to keep their noses out of his business. Earlier this month, he shared a dubsmash video of himself lip-syncing the lyrics of "Kuch Toh Log Kahenge," as HNGN previously reported.

"Some people need to mind their business, stop talking and writing bulls--t and concentrate on their own miserable lives," he captioned the video.
