Did Kim Kardashian lie about doing the Atkins diet to lose her baby weight? According to a new report by Life & Style magazine the new mom didn't shed the 50 pounds she gained during her pregnancy by eating right and working out. The magazine claims she has been secretly visiting a Beverly Hills doctor to get treatments.

A source told the magazine that Kardashian has reportedly spent $80,000 for secret weight loss treatments to help her get her pre-baby body back. There's no denying that the 33-year-old realty star looks a lot slimmer just five months after giving birth to her daughter North West.

During an interview with People magazine on Nov. 4 Kardashian said she had dropped most of the weight by sticking to the Atkins diet.

"This was the biggest challenge of my life, and I still have some to go," she said. "But I feel so accomplished that I did this."

She even tweeted to a fan that she was following the popular diet to slim down and get her famous curves back.

"I've actually been doing the Akins diet & I luv it," she posted.

According to Life & Style that is all reportedly a lie and the "Keeping Up With the Kardashian" star has been seeing Dr. Simon Ourian, a plastic surgeon based in Beverly Hills at the Epione clinic. The magazine claims Kardashian has gotten fillers, stretch mark treatments and an ultrasound treatment that can remove a layer of fat from her stomach, a procedure that costs up to $5,000 alone.

"Kim is so desperate to be sexy again," a source said. "She wants to go back to the way things were before North was born. She loves her daughter, but she loves herself and her image a lot, too."

The source also said the reality star gets the Coolaser treatment where her skin is chilled and then light pulses vaporize skin cells removing wrinkles, scars, saggy skin and stretch marks.

"It's popular with celebrities post-baby to reduce stretch marks and sagging in the tummy and breast areas," the source said. "Kim loved being the sexy Kardashian and hate it when she was pregnant and gained all the weight."

Her rep reportedly told Life & Style that she has seen that doctor.
