Missouri junior quarterback Maty Mauk has been suspended indefinitely from the Tigers' football program. This is Mauk's third suspension in four months, and it comes after a video was released in which a person claimed to be Mauk is seen snorting a white powder off a table. There has been no confirmation that Mauk was the person in the video, and teammate Kenyon Dilosa used his Twitter account to state that the video was two years old, and that Mauk has been clean.

Missouri athletic director Mack Rhoades and head football coach Barry Odom released a joint statement regarding the video and the suspension. "We are currently gathering information regarding the video in question. This is an issue we take very seriously and one that will not be tolerated within our program. We will take appropriate action once we have all the facts. In the interim, Maty Mauk has been indefinitely suspended from the Mizzou football program," via Dave Matter of the St. Louis Dispatch's Twitter account.

Dilosa was not the only teammate to show his support for Mauk on Tuesday as junior linebacker Michael Scherer posted a message stating that the video "is very old," and that his quarterbacks has "been doing everything he can to be a better person."

Mauk was suspended for the final eight games of the 2015 season after a confrontation at a Columbia bar, but was reinstated by Odom and was allowed to remain with the program.
