To say Will (Josh Charles) and Alicia (Julianna Margulies) are at odds right now would be a bit of an understatement. For the last two episodes they’ve been playing the “who can make the other person’s life more miserable” game.

For those of you wondering if the Alicia/Will war will ever stop, according to TVGuide.com, the answer is a resounding maybe.

“I think he can one day,” Charles said in a recent interview with TVGuide.com when asked if his character will ever show Alicia forgiveness. “He's a smart person and understands these things happen in business. He may one day be able to see it for what it is. Perhaps, he would have made the same move if the shoe was on the other foot.”

Although Charles provides hope for Will and Alicia to see more amiable days, he reminds fans of Will’s current feelings.

“But, at this moment, I don't think he's anywhere near there yet or, frankly, will be anytime too soon,” he tells the website. “I think he still feels betrayed and is focusing on fighting for his firm and making sure it can be the best it can be.”

Accoridng to TVLine, show co-creator Robert King explained that things will really heat up between the two characters in the 100th episode of “The Good Wife”. Will and Alicia will face off in the courtroom and things are going to get nasty and personal.

“There’s going to be a whole act where they use what they know about each other from their love affair in a courtroom battle,” King recently said according to the website. “They’re going to basically undercut each other every step of the way.”

“The Good Wife” airs Sundays at 9/8c on CBS. Read Charles full interview with TVGuide.com here.
