The Sixers defeated the Hobart Hurricanes by 99 runs on Sunday. Spinner Nathan Lyon's five-wicket haul and Brad Haddin's 72 off 45 balls powered Sixers to a massive victory over Hurricanes in the fourth match of the Big Bash League, played at Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG), according to Australian Associated Press. The victory comes as a big boost to Moises Henriques-led side after a loss against the Sydney Thunder in the inaugural BBL match on Thursday.

Renegades, on the other hand, are also looking to carry their winning momentum in the tournament. They defeated the Brisbane Heat by seven wickets on Saturday night, according to the Sydney Morning Herald. Skipper Aaron Finch, 65 off 45 balls, and Cameroon White, 55 off 41, shared a 111-run second-wicket partnership which helped Renegades to surpass the Heat's target of 180 with three balls remaining in the third match of the Big Bash T20 League, played at Gabba.
