In an ongoing Facebook saga, Sinéad O'Connor took to the social networking site to plead with her children to visit her in the hospital following an apparent suicide attempt, People reported. The Irish singer/songwriter has been chronicling her family drama and her alleged drug overdose on her official Facebook page.

"To my children and family. You came to the hospital to see me on life support. You left before I woke and you haven't been back. Please why are you doing these things to me?? I need you. I need your love," the 48-year-old singer wrote in her new Facebook update.

O'Conner posted what seemed like a suicide note to Facebook on Sunday and she chillingly detailed an apparent custody battle for her younger sons, as previously reported by HNGN. She claimed that she had taken a drug overdose while checked into a hotel in Dublin under a different name. Irish authorities said O'Conner was found safe, and is undergoing medical assistance.

While receiving medical care, O'Connor lashed out on Facebook at her exes for withholding her two youngest sons, according to People. She shares 11-year-old Shane Lunny with ex Donal Lunny, and shares 8-year-old son Yeshua Bonadio with ex Frank Bonadio.

In the same post, she also called out her oldest sons, 28-year-old Jake Reynolds and 19-year-old Roisin Waters for not being there for her, as previously reported by HNGN.

But now O'Connor had a change of heart and is begging for her family to visit her and help her through this difficult time.

"Please love me. Please come to the hospital and spend time with me and help Fix all this. Please. I'm. BEgging you," O'Connor wrote in her latest post. "Don't leave me so frightened and alone."
