The things people will turn to during a losing streak.

The Green Bay Packers have dropped three straight games after starting the season 6-0. During this losing streak, reigning MVP quarterback Aaron Rodgers has taken a lot of heat for his play, despite posting two 300-yard games and a 6:1 TD-to-INT ratio.

Disappointed fans have resorted to blaming Rodgers' girlfriend, actress Olivia Munn ("X-Men: Apocalypse") for the team's struggles. Just take a look below at one Journal Sentinel commentator's thoughts on the matter.

Crazy, right? Except ESPN Packers beat reporter Rob Demovsky added fuel to the fire in a recent column titled "Five reasons why Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is struggling." In a subhead "Possible off-field issues?" Demovsky laid out the following:

"A longtime NFL agent told me recently that when he sees of of his top-performing clients play differently, as Rodgers has of late, the first thing he wonders is if something is going on in his personal life. There's no indication that Rodgers' relationship status has changed. Lions reporters said they spotted Rodgers' girlfriend, actress Olivia Munn, at Lambeau Field on Sunday. Sometimes it's easy to forget that professional athletes have lives away from the field, and you never know what could be going on in their personal lives." Fans on Twitter have taken up the nonsensical cause.

Perhaps instead of grasping at straws, Packers fan should look to the team's 17th ranked rushing offense, 23rd ranked defense or the absence of All-Pro wide receiver Jordy Nelson.  Those are all more likely culprits than Munn.
