"Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag" is set to be released on Oct. 29, and Ubisoft is releasing goodies for their players.

Ubisoft announced that there will be an "Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag" Season Pass that will give plays more than three hour of exclusive single-player story featuring Adewale, an ex-slave turned Assassin. The pass will cost you $19.99 with the discount the game company is providing. Developers also released new trailer during New York Comic Con 2013. (See video below)

Check out a few of the season pass features below (WARNING: the rest of this article contains potential spoilers):

All New Single-Player Story

"Born a slave, Adewale found freedom as a pirate aboard the Jackdaw where he became Edward Kenway's second-in-command. Now, 15 years later, Adewale has become a trained Assassin who finds himself shipwrecked in Saint-Domingue without weapons or crew. He starts to meet locals in an effort to assemble a crew and steal a ship. The more he helps, however, the more he is drawn into the Maroon slave community. Forced to face his past, Adewale sets out to free the slaves and bring death to their captors. Over 3 hours of new single-player gameplay!"

Exclusive Kraken Ship Pack

"Only available to Season Pass owners, this pack includes a sail, wheel, and figurehead inspired by the legendary sea monsters known for swallowing ships, men and whales."

More Multiplayer Mayhem

"Unlock new characters for an even more expansive multiplayer experience."

Automatic Next-Gen Upgrade

"Buy the season pass on PlayStation 3 system and you'll automatically get season pass access on PlayStation 4 system. Buy the season pass on Xbox 360 and you'll automatically get season pass access on Xbox One."

That's not all Ubisoft is giving away. Recently the game's creative director Ashraf Ismail revealed a possible new location the next "Assassin's Creed" installment would like to explore.

Ismail "would love to explore Egypt as a setting for this game," Ismail said, IGN reports.  "Ancient Egypt could be a really cool place. We have a really cool explanation for how we can do this, and it is with this Animus device that allows us to go to anytime in history."

An Egyptian setting may be the perfect time to incorporate a female assassin as the story lead. Ismail has previously talked about the "Assassin's Creed" franchise being open to the possibility and are not shying away from a strong female assassin.

"I actually don't know what the brand team is working on for the next few games," Ismail told IGN in March. "But the concept of a female assassin, I can tell you it's not a no-no, it's not something we're trying to avoid at all."

However, the "Assassin's Creed" series is all about playing around with historical facts and being accurate about the settings. Having a female assassin would require a lot of research to make sure her story line would make sense for the time period.

And then there is the question if gamers would actually buy a game with a female lead. If Ubisoft is thinking about featuring a female assassin, it's worth taking the time to do heavy research (as they always do for their games).
