"19 Kids and Counting" star Jessa Seewald (née Duggar) and her husband, Ben, have welcomed their first child together into the world. The couple confirmed to People that that Jessa gave birth to a healthy baby boy.

The TLC alum, 23, and the new dad, 20, first announced the pregnancy in February. The couple documented Jessa's pregnancy on social media, where she revealed she craved things like ice cream and drank lots of smoothies.

Jessa and Ben kept the gender of their child a secret throughout the entire pregnancy and even encouraged their fans to guess the gender on their website and vote on their favorite names.

The new baby joins Jessa's older sister, Jill, and her husband, Derek Dillard's son Israel and her brother Josh and his wife, Anna's four children. Jill and Derek welcomed baby Israel this April and Anna gave birth to their youngest child, Meredith, in July, according to Us. Jill, Derek and their son have been on a Christian mission trip in Central America for the past few months. The two sisters have a new TLC spinoff called "Jill & Jessa: Counting On" that will explore Jill's journey to Central America, Jessa's marriage and pregnancy and the girls thoughts on life after Josh's multiple scandals.

"Jill & Jessa: Counting On" is set to premiere in December.
