Oh c’mon Louis stop being so nosy!

Unfortunately, Suits is over for a while and we have to wait to find out what happens to our favorite law firm. However, in case you missed the finale, here are the top three things you need to know heading into the second half of the season.

No.1—Scottie and Harvey are giving it a go

At the beginning of the episode Scottie is still extremely angry at Harvey for not trusting her. However, at this point, they must work together to fight Ava Hessington’s lawsuit against both law firms. Their opponent? The beloved Mr. Travis Tanner. As we expect Travis Tanner decides to get personal in the depositions. He asks questions about Harvey and Scottie’s relationship, bringing up the fact she was engaged when the two slept together. (Surprisingly this time Harvey shows restraint and doesn’t punch him in the face.) Fortunately for Pearson Hardman the lawsuit never makes it to trial. Harvey makes a personal plea to Ava a couple depositions later and she drops the lawsuit. Scottie and Harvey end up back at Harvey’s place and she forces him to admit he wants to be with her. (IT’S ABOUT TIME!!!!) Sorry, Harvey/Donna shippers you’re going to have to wait a bit longer.

No. 2—Rachel makes a choice

Rachel tells Mike that she has to weigh her decisions before choosing Stanford or Columbia. She explains that her relationship with him is one thing and the best options for her as a potential lawyer are another. (Ouch!) Later, Mike tells her if she goes to Stanford, it’s not going to work out between them. She eventually makes up her mind and chooses Columbia. However, not before some drama. Jessica figures out she and Mike are dating and one thing pops into her mind—Robert Zane’s daughter knows Mike’s secret (which is dangerous for her since she also knows the secret.) Jessica forces Rachel to sign an affidavit saying she won’t tell. If she didn’t sign it, Jessica would fire Mike. Rachel signs it but on one condition—Jessica waves the Harvard rule for Rachel and allows her to become an associate at the firm once she graduates.

No. 3—C’mon Louis

Louis and Sheila are back at it again, rekindling their weird, but adorable, romance. After they, you-know-what in Sheila’s hotel room, he takes another Harvard recruit from her and goes on his merry way—leaving her sort of annoyed. It becomes fairly obvious to us viewers, and not so obvious to Louis, that she wants something exclusive and it takes a while for Mr. Litt to figure that out. After he does, he writes up an agreement to make their relationship official. (Oh, Louis) She forces him to come to her office and speak to her in person. They make up and it seems they’re in for a very romantic ride. As she steps out for a minute Louis decides to look through her student records. After reading Harvey’s he searches for another name. A name he does not find. The name? Mike Ross.

“Suits” returns in January 2014.
