Kelly Osbourne resigned from her position as co-host on E! "Fashion Police" in February following Giuliana Rancic's insensitive comment about Zendaya Coleman's dreadlocked hair at the Oscars Red Carpet - and while she claimed her decision was professionally made, media outlets reported that Osbourne's exit was also related to her onset feud with Rancic.

Since she's not longer on the show, the 30-year-old TV personality is finally revealing her true feelings about her former co-host and friend, calling Rancic a shameful "liar" and admitting that she never liked the former E! correspondent.

"I will never admit to liking Giuliana because I don't. I don't think she's a good person and I think she's a liar," Osbourne told The Wrap at the 4th Annual NYX FACE Awards. "Brad [Goreski] is one of the most incredible people in fashion, he is funny as f--k. I am so happy for Melissa [Rivers] that she is filling that seat and I want that show to go on. It was just my time to move on."

When asked if she would ever return to "Fashion Police," which comes back Aug. 31, Osbourne made it clear that she wouldn't return if Rancic was still a part of the show, saying, "If certain people weren't there."

In February, the E! network said the reason for the departure from "Fashion Police" is that Osbourne has chosen to "pursue other opportunities." Osbourne had threatened to quit the show shortly after Joan Rivers' death last year. The network replaced Rivers with comedian Kathy Griffin, who reportedly did not meet Osbourne's approval.

At the time, the media speculated that Rancic's comments, which some regarded as racist, was Osbourne's breaking point. During the 2015 Oscars, Rancic said that Zendaya's dreadlocks smelled like "patchouli oil... or maybe weed."

Rancic, who received an endured a fair amount of turmoil, later apologized for comments.

Just like Rancic, Osbourne knows what it's like to say the wrong things on national television. Earlier this month, the daughter of reality television titans Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne made inappropriate comments about Latinos while talking about presidential hopeful Donald Trump on ABC's "The View."

The purple-haired TV personality talked to Us Weekly about the backlash she received from her comments, saying it only happened "because of people like Giuliana Rancic."

"Don't blame me for other people's mistakes. I wasn't edited," she said. "It wasn't a premeditated attack. And if I watched it, I would hate me too. So I have no problem, and I would do whatever I have to, to make it right. But don't compare me to her."
