Lamar Odom was spotted wandering the streets of Downtown Los Angeles in the early hours of the morning, TMZ reports. The NBA player was photographed entering Wokano sushi restaurant shortly after midnight but only stayed for a few minutes.

The photographer told TMZ that he then wandered over to a convenience where he bought a banana and then went back to his apartment building. Odom was seen leaving the building a little after 3 a.m. and was spotted getting into a car. TMZ reports that he didn't return home until 6 a.m.

The former Clippers player has been making headlines recently because of his alleged drug addiction and his secret rehab stint. According to TMZ, Kardashian gave her husband an ultimatum and told him that he either needed to get help for his drug problems or the marriage was over.

Reportedly he checked into rehab but didn't tell the reality star or any of his family members that he was seeking help. According to Hollywood Life, he only stayed one day before checking himself out. Since leaving rehab, his whereabouts have remained a giant mystery.

"We hope he's all right but Khloe and the rest of the family, [as far as we know] he's a gone ghost," the family member told Hollywood Life. "We're all worried sick because it's been at least a day and a half and he hasn't called us."

Shortly before the story broke, TMZ reported that Polina Polonsky, a criminal defense lawyer, witnessed Odom using crack cocaine. Polonsky was the second woman to come forward with claims that she had an affair with the athlete.

Polonsky said she met Odom at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood where he was reportedly staying once Kardashian kicked him out of their house. Polonsky claims the athlete lived with her for six weeks back in June and July.

During an interview with TMZ she said that she saw him "doing crack in her apartment." She also talked about how paranoid he was and how he would take the battery out of his phone because he was afraid someone would use GPS to track him.

Polonsky made claims in the past that the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star did eventually track him down and paid her visit.

"I couldn't believe they found where I lived and came to my apartment!" she told Star. "They were knocking on the door, but Lamar refused to answer."
