Britney Spears just announced that she will be making an appearance on CW's hit series "Jane the Virgin," according to E!.

"See u at the Marbella Hotel soon, @hereisgina @jaimecamil" Spears tweeted. "Guest starring on one of my favorite shows EVER @CWJaneTheVirgin #DreamComeTrue."

"We are so thrilled that Rogelio's 'nemesis' - Britney Spears - has agreed to appear on 'Jane The Virgin' in episode 205," said the show's creator Jennie Snyder Urman, indicating that Spears will play a part in Rogelio de la Vega's (Jaime Camil) storyline.

"Personally, after hearing about their long-standing feud (from Rogelio's point of view), we are eager to hear Ms. Spears' side of the story, which we assume is quite different. #TeamBritney."

The "Oops!... I Did It Again" singer's other television credits include guest appearances on "How I Met Your Mother," in which she played a character (not herself), and an episode of "Glee," in which she starred as herself. She was also a judge on Fox's "The X Factor," according to Variety.

"Jane The Virgin" Season 2 premieres Oct. 12.
