A Cleveland judge has a creative sense of justice fore a man who decided to call emergency services to threaten police officials.

Was the judge sentencing the man's drunken tirade to 90 days in jail enough? No. Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Pinkey Carr order Richard Dameron, 58, to wear a handwritten, bright yellow sign claiming he is an "idiot" for threatening the cops.

According to the New York Daily News, Dameron stood outside of the Cleveland police precinct he called while intoxicated. He must stand there for three hours a day for a week.

Dameron's sign read: "I was being an idiot calling 911 and threatening to kill you. I'm sorry and it will never happen again."

Dameron agreed his actions were foolish, and he regrets his actions.

"I was under the influence of alcohol, very deeply into it." he told WKYNC. "We just got to rambling off, acting like fools... I do feel bad about it, cause the man's never done nothing to me."

However, the remorse may be from failing to show up for the first day of his public shamming. According to Newsmax, Dameron must now serve an additional 90-day sentence, and the week long sign-wearing came after he was a no-show for his day of redemption.

This isn't Carr's first time ordering public punishments for moronic actions. The judge ordered Shena Hardin, 31, last Novemember to also wear an "idiot sign" of her own.

Hardin's sign read: "Only an idiot would drive on the sidewalk to avoid a school bus." She was ordered to pay $250 and her driver's license was suspended for 30 days, according to the Daily News.

Carr's got a sweet sense of justice, and won't let people out of her court room without knowing what they did was blatantly stupid.
