Fans are relieved to know that troubled star Amanda Bynes is receiving treatment at UCLA Medical Center for her mental health issues, though her stay reportedly won't come cheap, especially if she continues the recommended 60-day to a year of treatment.

According to TMZ, Bynes's mental health bill costs a whopping $3,500 per day, which far exceeds even the priciest of hotels.

"The cost is so high because it covers not just treatment, but living expenses as well. To put this in perspective, you can get a deluxe executive suite at the Four Seasons Hotel in nearby Beverly Hills for $815 a night," TMZ claims.

However, Bynes's health is of utmost importance, so comparing her treatment to a hotel stay isn't quite fair. A California judge ruled that UCLA can keep the star on long-term hold for as long as need be, as reportedly Bynes is on a cocktail of medications and adjusting to them will be a complex process.

"There has been some improvement. However, her diagnosis is complex, and the appropriate drug cocktail to treat her hasn't been achieved yet," a source told TMZ.

Most recently, Bynes tweeted "I love Drake" from her stay in the hospital, rousing the attention of the media. The star has been largely absentee from Twitter since she was placed on a 5150 hold by police back in July after setting fire to a stranger's driveway for no apparent reason, causing some to suspect that her Twitter may have been hacked, at least according to her lawyer, Tamar Arminak, who said in a statement that Bynes does not have access to computers at the facility.

Her bizarre tweets about plastic surgery and the "ugliness" of a variety of celebrities, including the Preisdent and First Lady, in addition to her strange public behavior and confrontations with paparazzi and the law have made her one to watch and sadly, the subject of ridicule.

After her minimum 60 days at UCLA are up, the judge has ruled that Byne's mother, Lynn, will take care of her, as she has been granted conservatorship over her daughter and her estate. Seeing as her mental health bill will likely cost quite a bit, it's a good thing her savings are no longer being spent on Las Vegas vacations and designer clothing right now.
