In season three, episode eight of WeTV's "Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars," camp counselors Jim and Elizabeth encourage the couples to open up about their most intimate moments and problems.

The opening scenes continued with Travis Garland's emotional breakdown following the last episode's drill that forced the couples to listen to criticism from their peers in the house. Garland's girlfriend Aubrey O'Day went into housemates Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett's room to ask for help, and Baskett went to have a talk with Garland.

"Every day, we're faced to look at our shortcomings," Garland told Baskett. "I feel like I'm not good enough or I'm a failure."

Baskett gave Garland a pep talk and talked him into staying to complete the boot camp with the rest of the group.

The first drill of the day was a play on the game seven minutes in heaven, and the couples were sent to their rooms to be intimate with each other. Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino and girlfriend Lauren Pesce were the only couple to get sexually intimate, while Tami Roman and boyfriend Reggie Youngblood were the only couple to get into a fight, and Roman returned to the evaluation room without Youngblood. When Youngblood joined the rest of the group, Roman's anger with Youngblood's unwillingness to give a 100 percent effort to the boot camp got the best of her.

"I can get good sex anywhere," she told counselors Jim and Elizabeth. "I can go five miles away from my house and mess with my ex-dude if I want good sex and he's here getting tools that's he's not implementing while I'm trying for him."

The second drill worked in two ways. Using puppets, the couples were to reenact what happened during the seven minutes in heaven drill, then they were to demonstrate how their sexual encounters play out at home. Roman apologized to Youngblood for disrespecting him with the comment about her ex during their exercise, Sorrentino and Pesce were "role models" for the rest of their group, Jordan Lloyd refused to have sex in the house with boyfriend Jeff Schroder, Wilkinson confessed that she needs Baskett to take control more, and Garland's insecurities transfer over into the bedroom where he constantly seeks reassurance and validation from girlfriend O'Day.

"His insecurity manifests itself as bravado," counselor Elizabeth said and Jim agreed.

"Your lack of self-confidence will kill this relationship," he told Garland.
