Michael Phelps is taking his talents to the law firm of Pearson, Darby, Specter—well maybe. The 22-time Olympic Medalist will be appearing on “Suits” for the midseason premiere in 2014, according to EOnline.

However, he may not be heading to Harvey’s (Gabriel Macht) law firm. Phelps, who will play himself, is going to be a big client that Harvey has never been able to bring on. Apparently he and Harvey have some issues from the past that makes them not the best of friends. This could work to Scottie’s (Abigail Spencer) favor as she tries to reel in the human fish.

In the present, Harvey and his team have much more important things to worry about. In last night’s episode “She’s Mine,” the gang finds out that Stephen (Max Beesley) ordered the massacre that Ava (Michelle Fairley) is being charged for.

There’s a couple good things that come out of this:

No. 1 – Donna (Sarah Rafferty) finally breaks up with Stephen, which is more of a good thing for Harvey than for viewers.

No. 2 – We got to see Harvey kick Stephen’s you-know-what after seeing Donna crying because she realized the mistake she made.

However, Harvey’s chivalrous act may cost them in a case against Stephen. He could be able to bring a case against Harvey for the violent attack. At least Harvey’s actions could complicate the case.

Most fans, like myself, are probably hoping Mike, the boy wonder, gets to go up against Stephen and crush him in court without too much help from his mentor.

“Suits” airs Tuesdays, 10/9c on USA.
