Joseph Gordon-Levitt attended the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, making the red carpet rounds to promote his new film "Don Jon," and also offered his opinion about casting Ben Affleck as Batman.

Levitt is a familiar with the cape crusader role, as he starred as Robin alongside Christian Bale in "The Dark Knight Rises." In a brief interview with E! News, the actor was asked how he felt about the news of Affleck playing the masked vigilante in Zach Snyder's "Man of Steel" sequel.

"That's gonna be great," Levitt said.

However brief his response might have been, it's a win for Affleck, who has been the subject of Internet memes and sarcastic Twitter posts since the announcement of his casting. After the release of the "Dark Night Rises," rumors speculated Levitt would be the next Batman of the series or maybe it will be Affleck?

Levitt may not be talking about his possible role as the "Dark Night," but he is talking about his newest project "Don Jon."

In the new teaser trailer released during the VMAs, Scarlett Johansson and Levitt's character get hot and steamy for the camera. See it for yourself in the video below! (Warning: NSFW)

Speaking of hot and steamy, Lady Gaga was seen putting the moves on Levitt during the VMAs, or maybe it was the other way around.

You can't really tell in the video who initiated the conversation, but a seashell top, thong wearing Gaga was caught on film giving Levitt a little twirl for the actor. She then gave Levitt a hug and he returned to his seat.

Levitt was probably thinking what the rest of the world is: Lady Gaga has a great booty. Hey, it wasn't me who called her out on that; it was Kevin Hart who did a few minutes of stand-up between performances, stating Gaga has some "yams" on her. (WARNING: following video contains nudity.
