"Biggest Loser" alum Tara Costa is now married, Us Weekly exclusively learned. The season seven reality show contestant married her fiancé, John Baranowski, in Bablyon, N.Y. on Saturday, July 4. Costa wore a Victor Harper dress and celebrated the happy occasion at the historic mansion Woodlands at Woodbury. 

The physical education teacher and her new husband were surrounded by 185 guests, including "Biggest Loser" stars like Mark Pinhasovich, Pamela Geil and Jackson Carter, according to Sport Act. 

"I am not the person who has dreamt of this day since I was little girl and to be honest I never thought I would be the one to find that special person. But today is a huge day for me and probably one of the most important days of my entire life. I get to marry my best friend, John," she told Us Weekly in a statement.

The newlyweds kicked off their happily ever after with Darius Rucker's "History In the Making" for their first dance. Their reception was decorated with pastel colored roses, hydrangeas, snapdragons and orchids, and guests feasted by candlelight.

Tara came to national attention during the seventh season of the popular NBC show "The Biggest Loser," when she lost an amazing 155 pounds and won a record-setting eight challenges, according to InTouch.
