"Married at First Sight" has not seen much success for its couples in season two, and one of the marriages has taken an ugly turn.

Ryan De Nino and Jessica Castro decided to divorce after their six-month trial period as husband and wife, but their relationship ended far from amicably. Castro filed a restraining order against De Nino, which he posted a photo of on his Instagram over the weekend.

Castro's lawyer Marc Rapaport told People on Wednesday that his client is "terrified for her life." He also confirmed that the A&E show provided the new bride a security detail after filming the show's reunion.

The 30-year-old law firm receptionist alleges in her petition "there were two threats by Ryan to kill her. One of those threats was captured on a live microphone on the set while there was a filming of 'Married at First Sight,'" Rapaport told People.

The New York Post obtained a sealed copy of the restraining order, which reveals the first threat De Nino made to Castro in March.

"I will break you into f-ing pieces. I will break your dad into pieces. I will make your whole family disappear - and your f-ing dog-ass sister's boyfriend," the 29-year-old business consultant allegedly said.

The petition also claims that the live mic picked up De Nino saying, "She's f---ing dead. When I get back to Brooklyn, she's f---ing dead, this girl."

De Nino faces charges of harassment, menacing and stalking in Queens Family Court, according to the Post. He's been ordered to stay away from Castro until a hearing on July 13.
