David Ferrer faces Ryan Harrison on Tuesday in Round 2 of the ATP Western & Southern Open in Cincinnati.  The match is scheduled for 3 p.m. ET.  Watch the live stream HERE.

World No. 4 Ferrer made an early exit last week in his opening round of the Rogers Cup.  He fell in two sets to Alex Bogomolov Jr., TennisEarth.com reports.  Despite the surprising loss, Ferrer has played well all season.  He's 41-13 with two titles so far, and he finished as the runner-up in the 2013 French Open.

A win in this tournament would give the 31-year-old Spaniard his 21st career title and second ATP World Tour Masters title.

Opposite of Ferrer on Tuesday is Harrison.  The 21-year-old has the potential to become one of America's top tennis players.  Ranked No. 102 in the World, he make his case for a higher ranking by sending Ferrer home early.  He earned a spot in the Cincinnati tournament as a wild card, and yesterday he defeated World No. 37 Alexandr Dolgopolov in two sets (7-6, 6-4) to advance.

Since turning professional in 2007, Harrison has a career 52-70 record with zero titles to his name; he's 10-17 this season.

Tuesday marks the second meeting between Ferrer and Harrison, who took the Spaniard to five sets in the second round of 2011 Wimbledon before losing.

My prediction: Ferrer in 3 sets.
