Sprint is rolling out the March Security firmware update to the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge owners based on its network. The carrier is also heading with the same pace as its rival carrier in the United States tech market. AT&T has already released the March Security update to the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge smartphone users on its network.

According to the Android Soul, the firmware update released by Sprint carries a build number G930PVPS4BQC1 for Samsung Galaxy S7 Smartphone and G935PVPS4BQC1 for the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Smartphone users on its network. It is reported that the March security update accompanies regular bug fixes and system enhancements. The firmware update is reported to hit the devices over-the-air and weighs around 50MB.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge users based on Sprint can wait for the notification of the firmware update to hit the screen or can manually check the update by heading to Settings > About device > System updates. The users are also advised to have at least 50 percent battery power and a good WiFi network prior to the stat of download and installation process.
