Kourtney Kardashian is reportedly seeking sole custody of the three children she had with Scott Disick, whom she recently split from earlier this month.

The reality TV star, 36, was spotted going in to a Century City office building in Los Angeles on Monday and it is presumed that she paid a visit to the office of Laura Wasser, who provided her services to two of her sisters, Kim and Khloe, on their divorces, according to TMZ.

The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star is determined to protect her children from Disick's downward spiral, fueled with his addiction to alcohol, drugs and other vices.

Kardashian and Disick currently do not have any formal custody agreements, but a battle between the former lovers over their children would be a surprise to friends, according to US Magazine.

The former couple was never married, but they were together for nine years and have three children together: son Mason, 5, daughter Penelope, 3, and son Reign, 7 months, according to the Los Angeles Times.
