Talk about a Kardashian TV takeover! Khloé Kardashian is heading to prime-time TV.

The FYI Network announced Tuesday that the 31-year-old "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star has landed her own "hybrid" primetime talk series called "Kocktails With Khloe," which is set to premiere in late 2015.

The reality star shared the good news on her Instagram account, posting a photo of herself drinking a glass of red wine, along with the caption, "Excited to announce my new talk show 'Kocktails with Khloe' on the @FYI network!! Can't wait to show you all what we have in store for you on the show. More to come soon!"

"Kocktails with Khloe" will consist of eight one-hour episodes. The new series will show Kardashian along with her celebrity guests and friends around the table for "an intimate dinner party filled with cooking, pop culture, conversation, and outrageously fun party games," the release stated, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

No guests have been announced for the show yet, but production is set to begin immediately. FYI, which is a division of the A+E Networks, also announced that that Kardashian will be an executive producer.

"I'm lucky that I've been able to invite fans into my life and home on a weekly basis and this show will give me an opportunity to continue to do that with new and exciting guests," the reality star said in a press release. "Being an executive producer allows me the opportunity to create original content and I can't wait to show my fans what we have in store on 'Kocktails with Khloe.'"

Senior Vice President of Programming and Development for FYI, Gena McCarthy, also released a statement, saying, "Khloe Kardashian is an iconic millennial voice. We look forward to sharing her unique personality, wit, and insight with the FYI audience."

The news of Kardashian's new gig comes the same day she finalized her divorce with Lamar Odom, just two years after the former couple split.

Kardashian's new show marks the family's third effort at standing out on a reality show other than "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" - Kardashian's mom Kris Jenner had a short-lived morning talk show on the Fox network. The show ran for six weeks before being canceled in summer 2013.

Kardashian's step-brother Brody Jenner launched his first E! series, "Sex with Brody," which premiered in early July. No word yet if the show will be renewed for a second season.
