The Kardashians are known for putting their entire lives out there for the world to see on their hit reality show "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," but it looks like the birth of the newest family member won't be an on-screen moment.

Kim Kardashian, 35, and husband Kanye West, 38, welcomed their second child and first son, Saint West, Saturday, and sources close to the family told TMZ there is no delivery room footage since there was not a camera in sight.

The parents also plan to keep Saint off "KUWTK" and all of the spin-off shows until he develops an awareness, which is the same thing they did with their 2-year-old daughter North. She was not featured for the entire first year of her life and, from there on out, the protective parents only allow her to appear on "special episodes" where the filming environment was tightly controlled.

Earlier today, Kim and West left the hospital with Saint. "They are home now," a source told E! News. "She is recovering and doing well."

Not much information about Saint has been released yet, but during a live stream with fans earlier today, Kim's sister Khloé shared her experience of being one of the first family members to meet Saint.

"My little nephew was born. He is so cute and so perfect," she revealed, according to Us Weekly. "I love him, and mommy and daddy are doing fantastic."
